The house always wins, etc. Money goes in, less money comes out, the only other thing that changes is the distribution. On unregulated sites like games gambling, there are obviously shills to make sure that distribution benefits the owner. Everyone knows this, everyone accepts this, so stop whining. If you don't like it, don't gamble. Simple. I just want to be clear on something here; We do NOT use 'shill's' to entice other players with fake wins.

I think you might be misunderstanding shills in this context. It's not about making it sound like someone has won, it's about actually winning. You operate on such scale, that having a few random characters controlled by yourselves set up that occasionally win big are indistinguishable from the normal flow of winners. They just look like any other random player winning. This allows you to siphon out large quantities of ISK over and above the operating profit the casino brings in. Most of the in-game casino have done just this. I wouldn't be surprised if in many occasions this technique is used to launder isk for RMT as it's a feasible low risk method to do so.Unlike most casino's, our players sit in a public channel with 200-500 other players. When a person wins, he usually either says nothing, or shows his personal excitement for his wins. But when people lose, they are very quick to complain about it. We do NOT restrict people from complaining about losing, even if it could potentially scare off newcomers, as that's just part of gambling.
This is part of what keeps us honest, knowing the second we slip up.. word of mouth will spread faster than a wildfire and we'd go bust. We make a lot more money being honest and making a very small portion of deposited ISK than scamming our players and potentially making nothing from it.
